SoloTransfer provides transport for sports teams, event organisers and travelling supporters across Estonia and the Baltics under international passenger transport licence YTL001272 — with one difference from a standard group transfer. Sport moves equipment as well as people: bicycles, skis, hockey bags, golf sets, team kit, medical cases and the merchandise stand. SoloTransfer’s closed box trailer and the MAN TGE luggage van carry all of it in the same booking, on the same schedule, so nothing arrives separately and nothing is left on the pavement outside the arena.
The schedule of a match day is not a schedule of addresses; it is a schedule of moments — hotel departure, arrival at the venue for warm‑up, the post‑match return, an airport slot the next morning. Vehicles are positioned against those moments, with the driver briefed on the venue’s team entrance, the loading area and the accreditation procedure before the day. Delays on the pitch or on the ice are absorbed; the vehicle waits.
For tournaments and multi‑day events, the same vehicle and driver stay with the team for the duration: hotel to venue and back on each match day, training sessions in between, and the transfer to the airport or across the border at the end. One operations contact holds the full schedule and takes changes from the team manager directly.
The fleet scales from the Mercedes‑Benz EQE for a coach or an individual athlete, through the V‑Class and Sprinter for squads and staff, to the 22‑seat Sprinter Minibus and the 55‑seat touring coach for full delegations and supporter groups. Pricing is fixed at booking and includes the trailer or luggage van where requested.

Team match‑day transfer
Hotel to venue and back, with the kit in the trailer and the squad in one vehicle. The driver is briefed on the team entrance and loading bay, arrives ahead of the warm‑up call and waits through the match, extra time and the press conference. A single fixed price for the day regardless of how late the final whistle goes.
- Multi‑day
Tournament & training camp shuttle
A dedicated vehicle and driver assigned to the team for the full event — airport arrival, daily hotel–venue rotations, training sessions, team dinners and the departure transfer. The schedule is submitted by the team manager and adjusted through one contact as the draw and the timetable change.

Cycling & ski groups
For cycling tours, sportives and ski trips the vehicle doubles as the support car: bikes or skis in the trailer, riders in the cabin between stages, luggage moved between hotels ahead of the group. Cross‑border routes to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland run under licence YTL001272 without a change of vehicle.

How much equipment fits in the trailer?
The closed box trailer takes a full squad’s kit with room to spare — as a guide, around twenty boxed bicycles, or the hockey bags and sticks for a complete team, or the skis and boots for a 22-seat minibus of passengers. For larger loads the MAN TGE luggage van runs alongside, and both can be combined. Send the equipment list with your enquiry and the coordinator confirms the configuration in writing.
Can the vehicle wait at the venue through the match?
Yes. Match-day bookings are priced as a day assignment, so the vehicle and driver stay at the venue from warm-up to the final whistle and beyond — extra time, penalties, medal ceremonies and press are all covered. There is no overtime charge for a game that runs long.
Do you handle cross-border trips for tournaments in Latvia, Lithuania or Finland?
Yes. All cross-border movements run under international licence YTL001272 in the same vehicle with the same driver, trailer included. The Helsinki route is booked onto the ferry as one unit — vehicle, trailer and passengers — with ground transport confirmed on both sides.
How far in advance should a team transfer be booked?
For a single match day in Tallinn, 48 hours is workable. Tournaments, training camps and cross-border trips with equipment are best confirmed a week or more ahead so the trailer, the vehicle category and any ferry crossings can be allocated. A confirmed fixture list can be sent to the operations team for a full-event quote.
Is the price fixed, or does it depend on the day?
Fixed. The rate confirmed at booking covers the vehicle, driver, trailer or luggage van where requested, waiting time at the venue and all standard operational costs. Road tolls, parking and driver accommodation on multi-day trips are itemised separately and stated in advance. No surcharges are added after the event.
